I like your idea about "individual leadership" as a step towards strengthening our communities. Human capital is a valuable asset needed to begin the change towards fortifying our communities. You explained the importance of maintaining personal health for energy necessary to do the work. That's a good start. Now if only the men can be rallied to take charge.
