We like to laugh on the program and tonight we're going to get to practice laughing for a full half hour. Laughter coach, James Masica will get us hooting and hollering with a sprinkle of giggle thrown in for good measure. Once we've stopped laughing we can head for the couch for a rest, because it'll be snack time with The Couch Potato Diet book author, Greg Ladas. Greg will share how he lost 50 pounds by changing what snacks he eats. Now that's a big shift !
