Assemblyman Tim Donnelly (R-33AD)  and candidate for Governor joined us to discuss his recent speech at last week's OCGOP Central Committee. We asked him about the news today that current California Governor Jerry Brown wants to "lease" empty prisons to fulfill a Federal mandate regarding treatment and overcrowding of prisoners.  Tim also answered a very pointed question regarding how he will keep from becoming a RINO.  Also should Obamacare be defunded or are there other options?
