The argument in favor of Prop 8 is being presented by attorneys as marriage being exclusive to heterosexual couples because procreation is necessary in maintaining the family unit. Homosexual couples do not need the distinction since homosexual couples cannot reproduce between themselves. I presented 2 recent court rulings that support this as well as the legal battles that threaten to overrun our courts when children are involved. I also discussed the attempt by the media to brand moderates as conservatives in the propaganda war on homosexual marriage.  With Rand Paul filibustering CIA nominee Brennan over the drone initiative Craig Andresen's blog from The National Patriot on the arming of Federal agencies like the IRS, Dept. of Education & Homeland Security is must listen. We discussed this with him.
