Michelle and Dan Joy lead Marriage Prep 101 workshops for couples who want to establish communication skills for a lifetime together. The 10-hour weekend workshop helps couples improve communication, conflict management, and intimacy enhancement skills to build successful, enduring relationships. Michelle Joy, MFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been working at The Couples Institute in Menlo Park, CA for 15 years. Dan Joy, co-leader, is educated in Communication Studies, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution.
Tracy Culbreath King is an Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator at the Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office (MACRO). Tracy also serves as a conflict coach, mediator, and promotes conflict resolution processes through trainings, outreach initiatives, and continuing education for conflict resolution practitioners.
Abigail R.C. McManus is a graduate of the University of Baltimore obtaining her master’s degree in negotiation and conflict management.Abigail earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Stevenson University. Abigail is passionate about analyzing, managing, resolving, and transforming conflict in everyday life. She uses her education and understanding to resolve productively and efficiently conflicts both at work and at home.
