Bullying in the workplace is increasing, so employees and management need to learn how to respond more effectively. Eddy suggests a 4-step approach, called “C.A.R.S”: Connecting, Analyzing, Responding to Misinformation and Setting Limits on Misbehavior. It’s important to understand that bullies have a problem that’s not about you. The issue’s not the issue – their personality is the issue. It takes more than one person to stop a bully.
Join us as we speak with Bill Eddy, the Senior Family Mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center, based in San Diego, California, and the President of the High Conflict Institute, based on Scottsdale, Arizona. He provides seminars to legal professionals, human resource professionals, and others involved in conflicts with High Conflict Personalities (HCPs).
