    Show #5

The story tonight was about the terrapin (tortoise) and the rabbit (hare). Due to technical difficulties there is a lot of dead air at the beginning and my day ended as it began with problems. I told the story three times but think you can only hear it once LOL. I would like to thank my guest Wild Phil.
We discussed the morals about the story and how some people use tricky to deceive others. Unlike the simular Aesop's fable which had the single moral that "Slow and steady wins the race" the morals of the Cherokee legend were that things are not always what they seem and often we exhaust ourselves chasing lies.
Hopefully by next week my main computer will be back on line, Microsoft will not give me any more bad updates and my ISP will cooperate. Thank y'all for bearing with me and listening.
