Imagine making weight loss easier!  People who struggle with their weight have done it many times, usually through dieting and/or exercise.  But for most people, the weight creeps back on, which leads to feelings of despair and hopelessness. Why?  Because overweight, for the most part, is really in the head.  It's usually caused by past traumas and anxiety that we handle with emotional eating, or eating to keep the anxiety at bay. 

What can we do about this?  Doctor's don't give us any help here, and neither do most diet books.  But EFT does!  EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and the basics of it can be learned by anyone in just a few minutes.

Our guest for this show is Ruthi Cohen Joyner, located in the Charlotte, NC area, who is both a licensed nutritionist and a certified EFT practitioner.  She has also been an emotional eater, so she is icompletely qualified in this area.
