This episode will include a meditation designed to help you experience Safey and Ease. Safety and Ease are necessary for psychological healing and spiritual growth. In Safety and Ease your nervous system can relax, your body and mind can begin to heal, and you can move toward a sense of Wellbeing on all levels. We will begin with elements of Mindfulness Meditation and include an exercise given by Eckhart Tolle as well as tools taught in the Create Your Personal Power Field class and Mastering Alchemy developed by Jim Self.
