Tune into TERRI TALK  to listen to my interview with  Dr. Gary James, the author of the book “Drying Silent Tears” – which is the first book of its’ kind ever written from a comprehensive biblical perspective on preventing, identifying, and healing issues related to child abuse & neglect.

“Drying Silent Tears” was written to educate and empower parents, pastors, teachers, counselors, and  all who advocate for children.

The ministry of Dr. Gary James involves addressing critical needs within communities worldwide to assist individuals and families in their spiritual, professional, and social development.

Dr. James has also worked tirelessly in the area of Community Development, as he oversees his own non-profit organization and also the non-profit of his church as they provide affordable housing opportunities and life skills training for the citizens of South Carolina.

Dr. Gary James is a graduate of Winthrop University and began his professional career working for the Department of Social Services where he first encountered the world of child maltreatment. Dr. James received a Master of Divinity from Columbia Bible Seminary. He earned his doctorate degree  from the Gordon-Conwell  Seminary.
