Not too long ago I released an episode focused on Paleo VS. Vegan Diets which ended up having a scattered composition and really, some wrong information. I did minor research and spoke from memory but this episode will be purely to introduce a concept that I forgot about entirely!


I do apologize if you did listen to it. I attempted to bridge a gap between two ways of living (they truly are both lifestyles), yet I also wanted to make sure people felt good no matter what they chose.

Then I remembered something that I had also learned in my digestive wellness class. This is paramount.  I will share it with you today.
