If you're tired of being a slave to someone else's clock, isn't it time to start your own business, and be more in control of your time, your income and your life? It doesn’t matter if you’re a stay-at-home-mom, someone who has been displaced by corporate downsizing, or are in transition from being an employee to being your own boss. You can start and run your own business without mortgaging the house or depleting your bank account. I teach people how it’s done, and I’m happy to share some of that information with you.

Show Notes

Teresa Beeman has been a self-employed, small business owner for over 20 years. With more and more people seeking ways to find fulfillment as small business owners, she has decided to share her knowledge and expertise in hopes of helping others start their own businesses with little or no money.

    Date / Time:

The Shoestring Business Coach™ Radio Show is moving to a new date and time!

Have you ever found yourself operating on overload? I’m not talking about just occasionally finding that you have too many events scheduled, or too many commitments and too little time.

“Occasionally” would be the operative word here – and that is not at all what has been happening with me. I have been functioning in a perpetual state of overload, and that is contrary to all the Shoestring Business Coach™ principles.

The idea of being self-employed appeals to some people because they think it means they can do what they want, when they want, if they want. That is not true. But it does mean that we can have more choices.

Unfortunately, life sometimes hands us challenges we are not prepared to handle. Instead of saying, “Wait! I’m only one person,” we try to keep up the frantic pace and find ourselves overloaded, worn to a frazzle, and fried to a crisp.

Even though I have been self-employed for over 20 years, and knew better than to take on more and more obligations, I somehow found myself in that same leaky boat with a lot of you. I hear it all the time.

We can’t even complete the basic tasks that must be done in order to maintain a modicum of normalcy, yet we’re trying to take on more and more things that need attention.

When I realized what was happening to me, I knew it had to stop – and soon. So here’s the new plan. The Shoestring Business Coach™ is moving to a new day and time.

Beginning next Monday, May 4, The Shoestring Business Coach™ will now be heard on Monday nights at 8:00 pm Eastern Time. For the time being, Train To Be Rich™ will stay on its same schedule of Wednesday nights at 8:00 pm Eastern Time.

I deeply appreciate the support of all my listeners. I believe that this new schedule will give us all a chance to build our businesses, and move forward with plans for success.

    See you on May 4th!
