Nate Campbell on Ten Count Radio Ten Count Radio will feature tonight former light weight champion Nate Campbell (33-5,25ko) as he begins preparation for his step up into the light welterweight ranks and challenges undefeated WBO titlist Timothy Bradley (24-0,11ko). “I feel so much stronger at 140 pounds, I have so much more energy, and enjoy being able to eat as a fighter should without having to sacrifice nutrition for weight loss” Campbell who failed to make weight against Ali Funeka in February decided it was time to move up. “It killed me to disappoint my fans after they have been so loyal. I am just getting bigger as I age and no matter how hard I trained it wasn’t coming off” Boxingcommunity.tv ‘s Thomas Newman joins us from the United Kingdom to give us his ring side take on the Wladimir Klitschko – Ruslan Chagaev event in Germany. Newman will update us on Great Britain Champion John Murray. Ten Count Radio host Boxingscene.com staff writer Keith Terceira will be joined by former New England Middleweight Champion John “The Iceman” Scully to assist in breaking done the past weekend fights. John will also discuss his thoughts on training fighters in and out of the ring. The Connecticut trainer continues his climb into the elite class of legendary corner men. This event is a Pound for Pound Promotions event that will also see Bobby Rooney and Jason Escalera in action. Malignaggi will face Juan Diaz (34-2,17ko) on August 22nd at the Toyota Center in Houston Texas. Beginning Monday June 29th Ten Count Radio will move to two nights a week from 6-7 pm EST, Monday and Thursday. Stay tuned for the full line-up
