In our first episode we will explore the path of a Tai Chi warrior as we interview Gurjot Khalsa Singh. A retired Army Ranger with over 2 decades of US military service and a practitioner of Tai Chi Chuan since 1993. He has effectively incorporated the internal arts into Boxing and Kickboxing training regiments yielding of 25 Combat Sports Champions throughout his career. Listen in as we explore how Tai Chi Chuan made him such an incredible fighter, trainer, and life coach. Gurjot Singh currently Ed D candidate in Wexford University Applied Sports Psychology program.

This adept is a certified American Tai Chi and Qigong Association & Black Dragon instructor whose Internal Boxing program, skills and scholarship has been reviewed by martial arts Professors such as: Grandmaster's Ibraham Ahmed, Jerry Cook, Ron Marek of the World Martial Arts College, Black Dragon Fighting Society and US Grandmaster's Society. Most recently he was inducted into the US Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Black Dragon Fighting Society as a Master Instructor
