The art of changing yourself deals with health, wellness, fitness, many of the subject matter will be taken from issues that stem from the book "I Don't Want to Look Like a Man". This book looks at atttudes surrounding health, wellness and fitness. Today we are taking the Power out of the Word FAT!!

The 2nd hour deals with topics that are often brought up with people when they are being coached.  Topics such as goals, work/life balance, professional deveopment.  As a business/individual coach I am often provided with new material on how to help people get to the next level whatever that may be. My goal is to sare that with the audience and have discussion.  Balance in your life!!
