Temple of Energy  

Yesterday, I started the first day of a wonderful plan I came across on a spiritual woman's site called The Grandfather's 30 Day Plan...'grandfather' meaning like another name for God or the Great Spirit...sort of how we might say, "divine mother" or "heavenly father".  Each day has a particular affirmation or declaration to state to yourself over and over again throughout the day and it's important to take note of how this thought/affirmation/declaration plays itself out throughout your day.

The first day for me (yesterday) was "Today I focus on the Universal Consciousness" and it started to play itself out through me volunteering my time to certain organizations that help children and things like that that I've actually never done before as far as offering myself (time and energy) instead of just money.  So this was really cool. 

Today's thought is "Today I ask for a shift in my Consciousness."  And so far this morning, I've been noticing some slight changes, but I still have the entire day to go. You can find this information on the following website if you'd like to try it.
