It's Your Move: Choices for Senior Living with Gail Lawley

Gail Lawley is the author of “It’s Your Move: Choices for Senior Living” and the website MoveChoices.com.She used her extensive experience in defining requirements to help relatives and friends choose where & how they would live as they aged.  They made lists of their wants and needs when they needed help due to health problems, declining abilities such as driving, etc.  After 15 years of adding to these lists, she decided to publish them. 

Gail has worked in computers all her life as a programmer, analyst and consultant.  Her experience included  helping companies  define requirements,  then choosing and installing software which met these requirements.She is a consultant who tutors senior citizens on Apple products – see the website TucsonTutor.com.Her other activities include volunteering for the Community Food Bank, a Neighborhood association (LCMNA-AZ.ORG), and public television KUAT.Her hobbies are walking, dancing, hiking, and travel. She has a degree in mathematics from Penn State (she started in chemistry but she was a hazard in the lab).She was a production and inventory control manager, owned a company that did home parties, sold at a flea market and edited technical data sheets and manuals. 

Gail is divorced, has 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She lives in Tucson AZ and has lived in 6 other states.
