The Woodlands Talk

The Woodlands and surrounding communities now have a radio show. It is a way for residents to connect with one another. It is a way for us to feature some of the leaders of the community and give them a venue for sharing their message. We want the show to be valuable and intelligent - informative and entertaining. This weekly show airs each Thursday at noon. If you, or someone you know, have information that would be valuable in this community forum - please contact Kathi Frank so we can talk.

Show Notes

Kathi Frank, host of The Woodlands Talk, is a real estate agent. But there is nothing typical about the way she approaches serving her clients. As a life coach and author, her goal is to serve home owners, and those purchasing homes, with incredible honesty and focus on their individual needs. She has a history of supporting the community and now supports Montgomery County, TX residents by creating this broadcast. Get a FREE market report each month, by postcard or email. Request it at Kathi@KathiFrank.com.

What happens if you don't give???

More than 2 million pounds of food was distributed to residents of Montgomery County in 2008.  We are on track to double that distribution rate in 2009.  About 42% of those served are children and 11% are senior citizens.  YOU can make the difference in the lives of these people.

Listen to the show to learn more or contact the food bank to learn how to get involved with your time or money.  Call (936) 539-6686; email: MCFB@consolidated.net; or visit the website: www.MontgomeryCountyFoodBank.com.

All types of volunteer opportunitis are available - from computer help, website updating - to - hauling food in your pick up truck or manning one of the sites for distributing food.  Find a way to help your neighbors with healthy, nutritious food.
