The Woodlands Talk

The Woodlands and surrounding communities now have a radio show. It is a way for residents to connect with one another. It is a way for us to feature some of the leaders of the community and give them a venue for sharing their message. We want the show to be valuable and intelligent - informative and entertaining. This weekly show airs each Thursday at noon. If you, or someone you know, have information that would be valuable in this community forum - please contact Kathi Frank so we can talk.

Show Notes

SLEEP - It is critical to maintain good health!

If you have any problems getting a full night's sleep - you need to listen to this show!!!

Dr Brown shared an enormous amount of imformation that is coming out of recent research about the affect of poor sleep on functioning properly throughout the rest of your life.  Kathi and David both agree that lack of sleep can sometimes be a simple lack of self-care.  It is essential that self-care be a part of how you take care of others.

However, there are many medical conditions that are intertwined with lack of sleep.  In fact, a researcher from Harvard claims sleep as one of the three essential parts of good health: diet, exercise and sleep.

For more information you can learn from the website: www.woodlandssleep.com or call their office at (281) 681-2211.

Remember, you can request a copy of the book: "Top Coaches Share their Extreme Self-Care Strategies" with an email to Kathi@KathiFrank.com
