The Woodlands Talk  

The Woodlands and surrounding communities now have a radio show. It is a way for residents to connect with one another. It is a way for us to feature some of the leaders of the community and give them a venue for sharing their message. We want the show to be valuable and intelligent - informative and entertaining.     Ken Brand talks about technology in real estate

    Learn what you can expect from today's real estate agent as you listen in to the conversation between Kathi Frank, the host of this show, and Ken Brand, sales manager for Prudential Gary Greene Realtors in The Woodlands.

    Topics ranged from the basic tools that every agent should offer real estate buyers and sellers - to the most current, cutting-edge technologies that clients can request from their representative. 

    Buyers have the ability to look at properties months or even years prior to actually making a purchase.  When it is simply a "maybe" in their mind and they are simply gathering information, it makes sense to connect with an agent that can set them up with automated listing information.  That way, the future buyer has a "go-to" person that can answer their questions much better than a google search.

    Sellers have evern a wider range of technology that can serve them.  From carefully and artfully taken photos - to narrated videos posted on YouTube; there is a wide range of opportunites a seller can expect their agent to use to sell their home. 

    I won't try to go into detail in this blog.  You will simply need to listen to the program to learn all the best ways to find the perfect real estate agent.  This information will be helpful to those outside of The Woodlands - Montgomery County area too.  So go learn about what techno-savvy are doing in today's business.
