    Many agents are truly intimidated by technology and believe me, it is not easy for to learn.  But as time passes, using tech-tools become much easier.  As the tools become easier to use, it enables more people to be involved in the conversation.  As the conversation unfolds, you are able to separate the "hypey" sales person who is only after a commission - from - the true professional who has your best interest and your highest equity as their focus.
