Just two weeks ago we were discussing how online content that we create is now being searched by potential employers. More often than not our resume is playing second fiddle to the reputation we build online. Tonight we'll look into the debate of whether Googling potential employees is a viable practice and if it should carry weight in the hiring of future employees.
