It's all too common to hear individuals pulling their weight gain on things such as, "big boned" or, "slow metabolism." The only way to approach such things as with a big dose of tough love. Come on now, big boned, really? Is that even a thing? Okay, let's say it is a thing. Why would "big bones" result in high amounts of body fat and someone being significantly overweight and/or obese? Does that make any sense? No, not at all; that makes no sense whatsoever. Bottom line is this, if we are looking to achieve meaningful and sustainable results for lifetime, we have to toss out these excuses. But before we do, we have to address these excuses and face them, head on. We have to bring these to the surface. We have to admit that our our own worst enemy and we are our biggest obstacle. Why? Because if we continue to believe that "big boned" is the cause of not being able to lose weight, then the result will be just that; never losing weight and never achieving the body transformation one desires.
