Tara Kachaturoff interviews mediator Alex Dukhovny

Highly experienced mediator/negotiator with a brilliant ability to see past the obvious and come up with solutions on the go for any situation and/or industry. Alex Dukhovny had many interesting careers which included marketing, sales, telecommunications, real estate, and law related fields. In 2003 he joined California Academy of Mediation Professionals. Few months later, with the suggestion of his employer and personal friend, Cynthia Greer who has been an Associate Dean at the Pepperdine University School of Law for 17 years, Alex completed the mediation training. Alex has mediated hundreds of small claims, limited and unlimited jurisdiction cases with great results. Mr. Dukhovny created a wonderful reputation in the California Courts and amongst his peers. He focuses on promoting mediation to the general public and has become an expert in virtual mediation practices.
