We all have a secret. Some secrets are small while others may be shocking. Sometimes secrets are easy to keep however, as the proverb states above, confessing these secrets can be good for the soul. There must be something to this idea because R&B crooner Usher made a whole album dedicated to his "Confessions" and it was his best album to date.
