    The Cheating Show (For Mature Audience Only!)

    Last night's show about "Why Cheaters Cheat" was very heated, and is for Mature Audience Only! A few unexpected things flew out of our mouths, including mine, which shocked everybody, including me. I don't think we expected that the sensitive subject of cheating would conjure up such rage, humiliation, and deep feelings of ultimate betrayal. Well, now we know.  The bottom line  result from the show is that instead of cheating, we should just be man or woman enough to tell our partners that we are no longer happy or satisfied and just LEAVE! The person who is being left would probably feel better about that than having to find out that you were cheating. Just Leave! And also, revenge is not the remedy for your partner cheating on you. If you decide to take the cheater back, then be back and not await an opportunity to cheat, just to get back at the cheater. It's hard enough to balance a romantic relationship without the added mistrust of your partner.

    Folks having problems with my "Preference"

    After absorbing our broadcast from last night, I realize a few things. Some on our show seem to have problems with my saying that my "preference " is Black Men, especially men like Terrell Owens. HP even said that she thought my statement was "superficial," indicating that by having such a preference would not open me up to meet other men, no matter what the race, and that I should give men a chance based on how he treats me. Now, I agree with that statement; however, like many folks, I have a "Preference." Not that I wouldn't give any man a chance, but I like what I like--what I'm attracted to. Just like some women "prefer" men, and some men "prefer" women. They are attracted to those of the opposite sex, not their own-same sex. Their "preference" is heterosexual, not homosexual. To me, there is no difference. You just like what you like. Now, with this premise, would those same people who have problems with my "preference," be open to meeting someone from the same sex, if they were nice and treated them well? If not, then why not? That could also be "superficial" right? Now, what about men who "prefer" women with a big butt or big breasts? Just because that's what he likes, does that mean that he's shallow or superficial? Now, these men are initially attracted to these types of women; they would grab his attention first, versus another woman who doesn't possess these blessed gifts. My point here is that just because others are "broad-minded" and open to date whomever they want, doesn't mean that others are "closed nor narrow-minded," if they chose not to. And when "Conscious" was on the line giving us his perspective on Blacks should only date other Blacks, not unlike snakes and birds stick to their own kind, he caught some flack from folks. Again, Conscious' perspective comes from his background and from where he comes, thus I feel that his point should be equally respected. And I don't judge him as "closed or narrow-minded" but that his experiences has dictated his point of views about certain races. Judge not, folks! We ALL have our own Preferences, Opinions, and View Points. Now, this is what makes us all very special. None of us are better than the others. And our "opinions" are no better nor more worthy than those who don't share it.
