Recession is money not moving. Lowered sales create slowed production, which causes jobs to be lost, so families have less to spend, which then keeps dollars dormant and not circulating. It’s a vicious cycle that can only be stopped by intelligent intervention. That's what we're going to do each Wednesday by providing you with the information you need to stop being a victim of someone else's greed!

It seems to me we continue to talk about big businesses, tax credits, stimulus bills, Wall Street bonuses, the car makers etc, etc, etc.
Have we forgotten about the homeowner’s plight?
Three million American homeowners received some sort of foreclosure notice last year - 3,000,000! If Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae had not placed a moratorium on Foreclosures, we would have seen families leaving their homes by the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS! The banks received 700 billion dollars (our money) to help stabilize their financial situation. Now it's time for the bank to reciprocate and do a good deed for the American people. This not the time to point fingers. Our financial institutions need to "step up to the plate" and help those who need it. Simply by making money available again, completing loan modification packages, approving short sales, etc. The housing market is the back bone of the American economy. It's time our leaders and the financial community remember that. And act accordingly. Michael Vaughn www.BTROntheAir.com
