The Heart of Flourishing in Your Body Temple

So many of my shows and workshops talk about the Spiritual, mental and emotional cleanup that is essential to our well-being and our ability to flourish in life. Tonight we will be talking about the body temple – This beautiful, remarkable and astounding physical vessel and form that we all come into during our stay here. Yes, we are spiritual beings coming into human form, having a spiritually attuned, earthly experience! And while we are here, most of us want to maximize our experience and live it fully and freely with vibrancy. As the saying goes, “As above, so below”. So if we are these amazing, beautiful, perfect energy beings of light, why does our body sometimes not show or display that? Why do we experience pain, discomfort or limitation? Shouldn’t our physical body reflect the higher light? And why does it shine for some and not for others? My special guest and I will discuss this in more detail as well as what you can do to support and love your physical body as much as the rest of your energy being.
