Hello to all my name is LaTanya M.Tibbs am a retired hairstylist i was in the industry for over 19 years i specialized in natural health hair at "Amibiance Natural Hair Studio" in Sliver Spring MD.Hosting varies seminars,workshops and events for my clients.After many surveys and listening to the complaints of women from everywhere i decided to write my first book"100 Customer Apperication Tips for Hairstylist,Barbers and Salon Owners"but also become a stylist life coach for hairstylist.I retired from the industry to help improve the services in some hair salon's and barbershops.... I have participated in many events and the main concerns i hear are as follows:Don't patronize salon's anymore because of:

1.Long Waits
2.Over Booking
3.Poor Atmospheres-Gossiping
4.High Prices/Poor Professionalism
5.Non-Approachable Stylist
