I talk to women everyday about the effects of menopause and the dreaded hot flash side-effects. So many of my sisters are in pain because they just don’t know and the doctors would rather say they are crazy and give them medication that alters the mind and destroys the body and spirit. It is time for this to stop and my mission is encourage, inspire, and motivate every woman (even if you aren’t African American – you are a WOMAN) who will let me teach you how to handle menopause and embrace the beauty of it
