Talking HR

In this show, we discuss the CIPD’s recently published research 'Next Generation HR', billed by the institute as:

"Next Generation HR is a high profile new CIPD research project exploring what HR excellence will look like in the future. Through the research we're seeking to identify the emergent trends and truly groundbreaking practice in HR today - so we can build a picture of what great HR will look like in
5-10 years' time. Initial findings were shared at the CIPD's Annual Conference and Exhibition in Manchester, with more to come through the rest of the year and beyond."

We discuss our thoughts on the research and explore its implications for companies, business leaders and the HR profession.

We also review a new book, ‘Leaders make the Future’, by Bob Johansen.
