In this show, we review the differences between learning and training, and social learning or learning 2.0 versus learning 1.0. We also talk about the benefits of social learning, our experience in this, and why we personally use social media to support our own learning and development. And we offer suggestions for Learning and Development and other professionals in developing a social learning approach.
We also review a new book, ‘The Practice of Adaptive Leadership’.
