As a registered yoga instructor and licensed social worker, Sydney provides therapeutic yoga classes for stress relief and pain management as well as trauma-sensitive yoga classes at the Kansas City VA for veterans who have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress and at Prairie Life Fitness-Olathe. She also provides private wellness and therapeutic yoga sessions for individuals and couples
