The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Council is every vigilant in our nation's capital, testifying in congress and sitting on committees to protect the rights of the nation's hundreds of thousands of small business owners. Karen Kerrigan, President and CEO of the SBEC is leading the council into its 20th year as a watchdog for small business owners in America.
