In today's episode we'll have a conversation with director, Nick Broad, about his upcoming documentary, The Busking Project.  After being laid off from his public radio job in 2010, Nick got the idea for a new project--traveling around the world in 300 days and filming "buskers" from several continents and countries.  Which cities were his favorites?  We'll find out.

And, how about this: you have a successful job, but it's not making you happy.  The fact is, you just can't get this crazy idea out of your head.  All day long you're thinking about what you'd rather be doing--playing your music.  So what do you do?  You quit work, buy an RV, and travel from state to state making your living strumming and singing.

This is the story of Seattle band, Everyday Jones the duo we'll be interviewing for the second half of our show.

Since quitting their day jobs and purchasing an RV in 2006, the duo has been nonstop on the road, touring over 36 states, racking up over 100,000 miles with constantly packed venues and they show no signs of slowing down.
