He possesses a significant and profound knowledge of Institutional/human capacity building within the public and private sectors.  He is well known for his skills in creating political relationships with Government ministers, senior civil servants, and Board level executives.

A qualified aircraft engineer, Stuart holds several postgraduate qualifications, including degrees in Management, Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management, Learning and Development, and Public Health.
