This week we are going to talk about another framework that embodies energy management at the core. Talent Dynamics is based in the idea of psychometric testing which is originally credited to I-Ching. Carl Jung modified this system for the west and incorporated it into his practice. Later, Roger Hamilton built on those practices and re-introduced some traditional eastern elements from I-Ching that had been stripped out to create Talent Dynamics. The framework of Talent Dynamics helps us to better understand our natural strengths in a very tangible and practical way.
