Adam Small who is a major TV composer who created an amazing company called My Music Masterclass. It is sort of a new form of both music education and a way for artists and industry professions to monetize their art and experience. For example, there are videos of some of the biggest musicians giving different types of music lessons and videos of industry greats giving advice on all facets of the industry.
