A democracy can only exist until the people discover they can vote themselves money or gifts given generously out of the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the canidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy--to be followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage. We must return to our Republic.
The recent Israeli assault on Gaza has sparked a healthy debate about whether continued unconditional US support of Israeli actions is in the best interests of the US, Israel or Palestine. One of the most important aspects of this closer look Americans are taking at Israel is a long-overdo look at Zionism itself and whether it is possible to have a democracy in a Jewish state. The answer may determine whether peace is still possible in the Middle East and whether Israel itself can survive if it continues to isolate itself from world opinion. On December 29 our guest was Rich Forer, former AIPAC member and author of Breakthrough: Transforming Fear into Compassion-A New Perspective on the Israel-Palestine Conflict. Forer, who has ultra-Orthodox family living in Israel, recently completed a trip to Gaza and the West Bank.SFPI Radio is the international talk show designed to allow those struggling for social justice around the world to talk to each other about how we can support efforts to promote justice, democracy and peace in every nation. You can subscribe to reminders and descriptions of future shows by hitting the “follow” button on this link.Listeners outside the US call in by Skype by opening a free BlogTalk radio account at the sign in button. Zionism is killing the relationships between the US and Israel.
Other countries are giving into Israel's demands, for the most part for fear of a 9/11 happening and the fact most countries involved with Israel are bought, paid for and intimidated by the US. It must stop because most of the world does not like the US because of our being the over bearing parent of an unruly child, Zionist Israel.

This show will cover some of the basics of Zionism.

The matter sometimes referred to as the 'Race' problem is the original, basic initial unfinished business among people of the known universe. To eliminate any major problem among people we must first eliminate the problem of Functional Racism which is White Supremacy. Not all white people. The White men, women and children who practice and promote mistreating Black and all non-white people because of greed and this thing called 'Race'-a political strategy.

This is the season, anyway in US, where thoughts turn to being grateful, and appreciating what we have been blessed with. We hear so much of the bad, and many of us are experiencing it, how are we to be grateful? Hear the perspectives these two eclectic women are bringing in!
Brian and Ruthann welcome Stewart Alexander, former presidential candidate on the Socialist Party USA ticket. Stewart will be talking of why he will not be a candidate again. How does it work for a third party candidate in this uni-party system we have, in US? Also, we'll be talking of how the third parties, alternative parties, etc. need to join forces. Earlier this month Jeanene Louden and Debilyn Molineaux attended a three day conference in Washington DC entitled “Democracy for the Next Generation” sponsored by NCDD (the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation).
The National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation (NCDD) is a network of more than 2,100 innovators who bring people together across divides to discuss, decide, and take action together effectively on today’s toughest issues. NCDD serves as a gathering place, a resource center, a news source, and a facilitative leader for this vital community of practice.
We saw how ripe the country was and continues to be for the mission of Coffee Party USA. As we progress on our mission to “Building, nurturing and connecting communities to reclaim our government for the people,” participating in events like NCDD conference and others helps in two ways. First, we gathered with the larger body of people working toward similar goals and, second, represented Coffee Party in the community of connectors.
On today’s show, guest Sandy Heierbacher, Director at National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation, Jeanene and Debilyn will share their experience and how it will play out in the day to day “life” of Coffee Party USA and maybe you!
LUNCH with LOUDEN
