Hostess Lisa Winton and Swami Jayananda will be talking about some of the most common obstacles met along the Spiritual Path. They will focus on the simple fact that there isn't much in the line of leadership regarding Apotheosis; the process of the individual becoming Divine. They will discuss the split between science and religion and how it has left humanity without substantial guidance in unlocking the hidden potentials found in the human complex. They will examine some of the misconceptions and self deceptions surrounding the term "Spiritual." While, they will reveal some of the tried and true methods found in the early scriptures and explain what it really takes to become One with God.
Bryan Kest has been practicing yoga since 1979 and has been teaching since 1985. He developed his unique, distinctive style of yoga, Original Power Yoga, in 1979. Over the years, this style, an amazing workout for the body, mind and spirit, has made him a well-known, popular teacher across the country and around the world.
His mainstream popularity is matched by an authentic foundation in the ancient practice of yoga and a long path of development as a yogi (a practitioner of yoga). At age 15, Bryan uprooted from his native Detroit home to make a life change in Hawaii. He moved to live with his father, a doctor, who understood the benefits of yoga. Like many of us, Bryan originally thought yoga was nothing more than strange contortions, but that changed when his father introduced him to a physical style of yoga called Ashtanga. This appealed to him immediately, and he soon observed great changes in himself, both physically and mentally. Yoga quickly became his passion, one that would take him to India for a year to study with the great yoga masters of the world, PattabhiJois. He has been continuing on his yoga path ever since.
“Some heavy lifting will be involved: the psychological heavy lifting of adopting a new attitude and a new vision of life and the practical heavy lifting of manifesting that attitude and that vision in the real world,” writes Eric Maisel of his newest book Life Purpose Boot Camp. “That amounts to a lot, but the reward is the highest prize available to you: an authentic life.”
Eric Maisel stresses that no life purpose can exist until we step back and consciously identify, embrace, and implement the ones that we choose. Further, there is no one meaning of life but rather a multitude of subjective meanings, and that there is no purpose to life but rather a multitude of subjective life purposes. Life Purpose Boot Camp provides the framework and tools readers need to sort out their life purposes and to make meaning based on their personal values and principles.
Eric Maisel, PhD, is a licensed psychotherapist and the author of more than 40 books including Mastering Creative Anxiety, Brainstorm, Coaching the Artist Within, and Rethinking Depression. He writes on a wide variety of subjects from the challenges of living the creative life to natural psychology and the new psychology of meaning. To learn more, visit: http://ericmaisel.com/

Intuition – Our First Survival Skill
“Intuition is a survival skill,” writes author and evolutionary mind coach, Simone Wright, who calls this sense “our first intelligence’ because it develops long before we possess the ability to reason or learn anything the external world has to teach us.”
“We all have the ability to use our intuition,” says Wright. But in order to be able to use it at will, instead of by happenstance— we must develop the skill. How do we do that?
In this episode, Sandie and Simone Wright explore:
*The biological foundation of intuition
*How to hone this skill
*The 4 levels and the language of intuition
*7 steps for accessing your highest wisdom
*Simone’s extraordinary work with the police
*Practical tools for putting your intuition to work in your daily
Simone Wright is an “Evolutionary Mind Coach” who works with elite performers and visionary leaders, and the author of the book First Intelligence. She has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show and uses her intuitive skills to assist in police investigations, missing children cases, and corporate business strategies.
