This evening we are going to continue to take an indepth look at one the most controversial and insightful books of the New Testament, The Letter of James.
As previously noted, James was the half brother of our Lord, Yahshua Ha Mashiach, aka, Jesus The Christ. (Mark 6:3; Acts 12;17; Acts 21:18)
Like Yahshua, his older brother, James was not called James, the Englishized version of his name, but rather, by his Hebrew name, Ya'akov.
Among the primary subjects addressed by James are: warning against prejudice (2:1-13); faith and works (2:14-26); the use of the tongue (3:1-12); worldliness (4:1-17) and, prayer for the sick (5:13-16).
(FOOTNOTE: Ya'akov/jJames,the brother of Yahshua, was known as James The Just. He was not an apostle, but rather an overseer (bishop), selected by the apostles.James was the Bishop of Jerusalem and remained so until his death in 62 AD. Though selected and consecrated by the apostles to the office of Bishop; it appears that he carried as much weight, if not more, than the apostles who appointed him (Acts 12:17; Acts 15:13-19). James, like the other early church fathers, was martyred. James was stoned and then beatten to death with a club, in the holy city of Jerusalem in 62 AD.)

As we seek to find and uncover our deeper spiritual connections, this episode guides us into the understanding of universal order. As vessels of love and servants of our destiny our work is to remain open and vigilant to our purpose and calling. We must be vigilant even when we are tired from the press, even when the obstacles seem insurmountable, even when time seems to work against us. We know inspite of the visible circumstances that our works, prayers, and intent will yeild good fruit. We are the vessels and God is the source!

The belief in spiritual possession is very common in most religions and spirituality, sometimes it happens against a persons will and other times it is an intentional act, to commune with spirit and provide spirit a body to work with for a time.In many of the ATRs full spiritual possession is often practiced, often intentionally and other times not intended but allowed to occur. Often the possessed have no memory of what occurred after the possession. In many traditional Witchcraft systems and Wicca a milder form of possession is sometimes practiced, where the Priest and or Priestess allow the form of the God or Goddess to flow through them, sometimes speaking though them, sometimes performing works. IN those systems the Priest or Priestess tend to remain conscious and mostly in control, yet there are times when the gods take full control.Tonight, a discussion of the various types of spiritual possessions, the good, the bad and the ugly. How it's done, what happens when it's done and perhaps how to undo it when it's not wanted.
Wolfdog Radio: Your Voice, Your Time will sit down with special guest Kat Wolfdancer to discuss life with wolfdog puppies! Members of the Wolfdog Community will join us around the table to ask questions, share their experiences, offer advice, or simply just vent!
Sharon Green will also join us for a special interview to share her training methods, struggles, and stories while raising her two wolfdogs, Shango (high content) and Neeka (low content). Sharon will also stick around for the remainder of the show and offer her advice along with Kat!
Raising a wolfdog puppy can be a highly rewarding experience, but it can also be a challenge, especially during that crucial first year of development. It’s very easy to become overwhelmed. Sometimes this can leave your head spinning, and your days filled with frustration and concern that you’re not applying the “correct” methods and therefore jeopardizing the bond with your animal. Do not feel alone, we ALL go through this!! From the beginning to the ending stages of puppyhood, wolfdog owners experience a variety of challenges.
No matter the content of our pups, there seems to be general consensus across the community that most, if not all, wolfdog owners go through similar challenges. Some of these include: resource guarding; rough play; mouthing/biting; socialization; car sickness; exposure to novel stimuli; and choosing the correct diet. We want to explore these topics and the various methods used to deter such unwanted behaviors. It’s important that we all have the opportunity to learn from one another.
"What works for one, may not work for another. It’s always best to have a bunch of different tools to choose from."
