Jeremy Bennett, was 12 years old when he developed a very severe form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and depression that had crippled his life. By using the power of his mind and tackling the disorder head on, Jeremy was then able to overcome what even his own doctor told him he could not. Jeremy now travels the world educating his audience on the astonishing power of thoughts and natural approaches to calming stress, anxiety and depression that actually work. He is the author of, "The Power of the Mind: How I Beat OCD," and just released his second book, "The Solution: Learn How to Truly Beat Stress & Anxiety."

As a High School Freshman, she produces music videos that promote self esteem for young girls, and encourage them to focus on inner beauty as well as outer beauty. With a Grade Point Average of 4.8, and all Honors classes, T-Star is focused on her future as a businesswoman. She creates lyrics and choreography for her music videos and entertains her peers with a message that is wholesome, uplifting, and motivating. She discusses the importance of self esteem among young women and how elder women can set a good example for the youth. She explains how her music is setting a new trend for young women who are often misguided by derogatory videos that exploit women.

Shondrae Knight is a dynamic woman, in her own way. Ms. Knight holds a Bachelor of Art in English, and she is an incredible writer and orator. Shondrae’ was the past President of the Legacy Owls Toastmasters, located in Kennesaw, Georgia, for the 2011-2012 year. Unbeknownst to her, Shondrae’ was nominated for the Presidents’ position and she had only been a member for one month. She was runner up for CNN's Confident Speaker Competition and she was the recipient of the Confident Communicator Award in 2011. She is the owner of the Non-Profit organization; "Don't Forget About Me, Inc." an organization focusing on mentoring and literacy. She volunteered with the “Atlanta Women’s Shelter” in Atlanta, Georgia. Among all this talent that Ms. Knight possesses, she has over ten years of experience in property management.
In February 2013, Shondrae’ decided to take her career to the next level and utilize her talent in public speaking, training and consulting. She began to get involved in more public speaking organizations, and events. She also began to write and speak about business etiquette and the lack thereof in the corporate world. In her spare time, Shondrae’ works on new ideas and concepts for her Non-Profit Organization and she mentors a group of young girls. Shondrae’ enjoys reading, writing, and researching and she is writing a book titled “Mean Girls-Mean Women; You Are Just Too Old For That!” She is constantly searching for new endeavors and or challenges to fulfill her love of people and offer her experience and expertise for the current and the next generation to come.

Fred and Joanne Cunha have been married for 14 years and have three children; 7-year-old Elise (diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 12 months), 4-year-old Mattias and almost-2-year-old Lucas. They currently live in Dallas after living in San Francisco and Vancouver. Fred was born and raised in Lisbon and Joanne was born in Montreal but grew up in Vancouver.
Fred started Team Elise (www.teamelise.com) two weeks after Elise’s diagnosis and over the last 5 years they have had over 800 people walking for Team Elise in the United States, Canada, Portugal and Mozambique and have raised over $70,000 for JDRF.
Joanne started Death of a Pancreas (www.deathofapancreas.com) two months after Elise’s diagnosis where she blogs about type 1 diabetes. She also created the animated “What NOT to say to the parent of a type 1 diabetic” video.

Join Alan Zlotorzynski & Tavares Gooden for RAVENS MONDAY NIGHT QUARTERBACK, presented by Fanspeak.com. Showtime is 9:00 p.m. (6 PST). Tonight, the guys welcome in one former Ravens and one current Raven.
Former Ravens WR and Super Bowl XXXV Champ QADRY (The Missile) ISMAIL joins the show. The Ravens sixth all-time leading receiver and Ravens record holder for most receiving yards in a game (258) will talk about what the 2000 Ravens offense contribution was to the title run, as well as what it’s like to be a part of the Ravens broadcast team. Qadry will give us his thoughts on this year’s team; yesterday’s game in Cleveland and we will also ask him about his brother, former Notre Dame star, Raghib Ismail.
Following the Missiles appearance on Ravens Monday Night QB, Ravens QB KEITH WENNING joins the show to discuss his transition from Ball State to the NFL. Selected in the sixth round, the guys will ask Keith about Gary Kubiak’s offense and what he likes most about being a part of an NFL team.
Alan will begin the show with a recap of Owner Steve Bisciotti’s press conference today in which he answered questions about the ESPN report that claimed the Ravens took place in a cover up concerning the Ray Rice situation.
Of course, the guys will also break down the Ravens dramatic walk off road division win in Cleveland. Justin Tucker booted a 32-yard field goal as time expired and the Ravens notched their 12th win in their last 13 games vs. the Browns. Alan has all the stats that matter, as well as the in game calls and post-game press conferences.
Time permitting, Alan & Tavares will recap the rest of the day in the NFL and look ahead to the Ravens next matchup at home vs Carolina.
