In the AL Central, it's a dog fight for the top, with the surprising Chicago White Sox sitting at the top. What do the Sox need to do to stay there all season long? Plus, Tyler Collins of the Tigers tells the home crowd they're number one in the most Detroit way ever.

In the NL Central, is there anyone that can catch the runaway train that is the Cubs? With Jake Arrieta's no-hitter and the offense firing on all cylinders, the Cubs are proving they're the best team in baseball.

    P. A. Day!

    in Food

Life has been hectic here for the past few weeks. No one thing, but several hitting at once (as often happens in the Spring). Today I'm remembering something my Mom used to talk about - taking a "P.A. Day". P.A. stands for "Personal Attention", taking time to stop and simply take care of the person closest to you. (That would be your precious self!) Come join me for some ideas and a little bit of planning - guys welcome, too! You don't have to be female to pamper yourself a bit. ;)
