Greek εκκλησ?α [ekklesia] and Latin ecclesia, Church is a word of Greek origin chosen by the authors of the Septuagint (the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible) to translate the Hebrew term q(e)hal Yahweh, among the Jews used to designate the overall assembly of the " desert people " gathered to the appeal of Moses.
Etymologically the Greek word ekklesia is composed of two Greek root: ek meaning out and called klesia meaning (called out). In the biblical context, the term church meeting may appoint people without necessarily being associated with a building or a specific doctrine. In the biblical text, the "NT" the word church appears several times, being used to refer to a group of Christians, Christ being the head of that people, not buildings or temples. Gospel of Matthew is the first of four Gospel accounts of the Word in the Holy Bible. Matthew in Hebrew means "Gift of Yahveh" just as this wonderfully, meaningful book to the Hebrews of that time is a gift of deep understanding in a spiritual context. Matthew was known as Levi, as the Levites were the appointed "ministers" of the Word under Ahron, whose name correlates to the same gematrical value (256) as Devarim [meaning "The Word" in Hebrew]. This helps the believer understand how Ahron was the spokeperson for Moses, an early antitype of the Word in the old covenant. This account, first penned in Hebrew, was later translated into Greek, and possesses so much deep spiritual meaning that failing to fully understand this Gospel narrative will result in continued ignorance in the believer's life.

What is Idolatry exactly? This one subject has elluded the main body of Christians since its inception and continues to lead most Christians unknowingly down into the abyss today as well. Why is this concept so difficult to understand for most who profess to believe in the Messiah? Because, they refuse to learn who they are supposed to be and where they came from. Quite simply put, this is where the apostasy began and this is where it will end as well! Listen along as I examine the second apostasy of Babylon, which is the foundation of all idolatry in the world today within Christianity as well as all other religions.
After the Flood [spiritual baptizing of the world of sin with the righteousness of Yahveh] destroyed the first apostasy, the descendents of Noah through the rebellious and wicked Ham, Cush and his son, Nimrod, became the leaders of apostasy through following the Serpent's rebellion against the commandments of the Living God. This is where Babylon becomes the figure-head for idolatry in the new world under Nimrod, the proginator of wickedness and rebellion.
