    "the daily complaint"

Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.

I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need.  The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.

We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!

We hope you enjoy the Show...

#Killed4aTweet - The suspicious death of Don Dunphy

    in Politics

Don Dunphy was seriously injured as a young worker. He would spend the rest of his life in pain and poverty because of it. Despite that, he raised his daughter Meghan from the age of three as a single father after his wife died suddenly. Don was an activist and a thorn in the side of government, rebuking them for their dismal treatment of injured workers. That cause led to his death.

Don was effective on social media calling officials out to answer for their actions, specifically on twitter. In his own home on Easter Sunday 2015, he was shot dead by a single plainclothes police officer, a member of Premier Paul Davis' security detail, who was there to investigate a tweet. The investigation has been ongoing for 7 months but nothing has been said to the Dunphy family or the public. An election looms in Newfoundland and Labrador as calls for a public inquiry into this shocking death grow.

Patrick Corbett is a producer, director and writer of film and television with decades of experience. W-5, Dateline, History TV and documentaries have been his forte. A website and a gofundme to generate funding for a documentary about Don Dunphy, the workers' compensation system and political interference in his death, have been established and are listed below.

Erin Breen is a lawyer specializing in Charter defense cases who is representing the Dunphy family. She also works to overturn wrongful convictions, pro bono. Erin will tell us the process in this investigation, where that is currently, and possible avenues going forward for justice.

Audrey Wade is the chairperson of the Don Dunphy Community Coalition, which is calling for a public inquiry into the death of Don Dunphy. This group demands to know why there is still no report from authorities. Audrey has close realtions and history with the Dunphys. She will tell us about them.

Can New Leadership Bring Justice To A Corrupt Criminal Justice System?

    in Women

The State's Attorrney is the one who presents the case against the person accused of a crime. Across the country, corrupt police have joined with corrupt attorneys and corrupt judges to railroad innocent people into prison and feed a system that creates jobs for some while providing slave labor for big business. Can honest leadership weed out corruption throughout the system? Today's guest, Attorney Donna More, candidate for Cook County States Attorney, explains what motivated her to run. Later we'll be joined by Shawn Whirl, tortured by police into making a false confession for a murder he did not commit and forced to spend 25 years in prison, until he was recently released as a result of efforts by The Innocence Project, attorneys and law students working to free thosewrongfully convicted of crimes. He'll share his story of resilience and the challenges of re-entering society.

Raphael Holiday Scheduled For Execution Nov 18, 2015 In The State Of Texas

    in Legal

    Visit For Updates - http://www.justice4raphaelholiday.blogspot.com/

    Facts of Case

At 18 years of age Raphael Holiday entered a sexual relationship with a 24 year old white woman whose name is Tammy.
It was later determined that Tammy was sexually involved with 4 other men in addition to Raphael.
Some of those men were convicted sex offenders who spent time around her children.
Tammy took 3 days to get her seven year old daughter to a doctor after she was molested.
Tammy lied and accused Raphael of molesting the child.  CPS Employee Rhonda Harris cleared him of molestation, he was never charged or indicted.
Raphael states that Tammy’s parents used racial names toward him.

    Not Investigated

Tammy’s mother supposedly collected a large sum of cash from children’s Wrongful Death Insurance Policies.
The attorney representing Raphael in lower court trial attended high school with Tammy’s mother.
The Appellate attorneys turned against Raphael in efforts to cover up their negligence.
Lawyers lied and stated that Raphael was charged and indicted of molesting a 7 year old child.  This is untrue. Raphael was cleared of molesting the child by CPS Employee Rhonda Harris.
