I have been part of saving over 1200 families from losing their home. I can help stop the sheriff sale, help postpone the sheriff sale, work with the lenders to get results, assist with filing complaints to the appropriate regulating agencies and much more. This service is free and very effective. Recently I sent a letter to every senator, congressman and representative requesting a change in legislation to remove foreclosures off the consumers credit report. I know that the lenders have committed fraud and foreclosed on many families. Some families had a father or mother in active duty fighting overseas while their home was foreclosed here in the US. Some homes were foreclosed even when they were fully paid off. Other homes were foreclosed on by lenders that did not have a mortgage on the property. The question would be, "why should the consumer’s credit report be damaged because of the lender's fraud..

Darren Rainey Homicide Exposed by Harold and Windy Hempstead

    in Politics Progressive

HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH, hosted by Mary Neal, email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com
    Call-in number (347) 857-3293. December 21, 2014 Guest: Windy Hempstead

The world was shocked to read about the wrongful death of Darren Rainey in Dade Correctional Institution in Florida. Rainey died two years ago when correctional officers dragged him into a shower and scaled him to death. Our guest, Windy Hemstead, received an urgent phone call about the murder from her brother, Harold, a prison orderly. She reported Rainey's murder to law enforcement. Two years later, Windy reported Rainey's death to the Miami Herald, because no corrective action was taken by the justice system, and she feared for her brother as a whistle blower.

The Miami Herald published a series of articles about Rainey's death and other abuses to mentally ill inmates in Florida, including "Behind Bars, a Brutal and Unexplained Death" http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/miami-dade/article1964620.htmlhttp://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/miami-dade/article1964620.html

George C. Mallinckrodt, who ws a mental health worker at the prison, published a book: "Getting Away with Murder"
    http://georgemallinckrodt.com/getting_away_with_murder.htm

To date, Rainey's death has not be pronounced a homicide, according to Windy Hempstead. Justice is delayed.

A Just Cause Coast 2 Coast- Racial Disparities in IRP6 Case - Part II

    in US Government

Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart and Lisa Stewart of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause, discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.

Although the American system of justice is the most-respected worldwide, it is still a system designed, and operated, by humans, which means it's not perfect. Sam, Cliff, and Lisa will highlight ongoing struggles against "the system" to free wrongfully imprisoned people, and what happens when justice miscarries against an actually innocent person.

A Just Cause is currently campaigning for "FreeTheIRP6," who's been wrongly imprisoned in Florence, CO for a crime they didn't commit. Read full story: www.freetheirp6.org.
