Author Miko O first surfaced on the writing scene in 2011 with the release of his debut title 1000 Grams which was fiction based on a true story, his own. Introducing the readers to the environment and mistakes from which he emerged from was the beginning of his journey into writing. The street life grew old. Life changed from day one on his two year journey towards the reconstruction of his life in fiction. The decision in his case was brought to a federal court of appeals where his sentence was reduced to 20 years and then reduced further for being a model inmate and he was released in Sept 2009. Now, he has applied the passion that helped him build an empire to helping the youth, Ross has been given a second chance to uplift his community by giving back through mentoring and sharing his story.
