Author Nah'Sun was born in Lilbourn, Missouri, Nah’Sun would later move around the Midwest before temporarily settling in Chicago. An aspiring cartoonist, Nah’Sun never gave writing a thought until him and his mother relocated to the Cabrini Green Housing Projects in the early 1990’s.Finding the gift for writing while living in the most notorious housing development in Chicago proved that anyone can prosper no matter the trials they face. His writing would lead to him majoring in Journalism with a minor in English at a 4 year university in New York. He graduated with of cultivating his literary talent led him to publish his first novel in 2009.Nah’Sun struck fast in his first year in publishing by winning the 2009 Best New Male Writer Award at the 18th Annual UBUS Black Book Awards for a novel written under another nom de plume. Traveling throughout the Eastern Seaboard and Midwest built up his fan base. Taking a break from the industry during the first half of 2010 blazed the eternal fire he possessed since childhood. Regrouped with a new state of mind, Nah’Sun decided to write under his current name which means “the shine through negativity.” His muse appeared in the form of the curvy and sexy as Nah’Sun’s attraction to full figured women inspired him to pen the drama/erotic novel Thick When the Chances are Slim which was released in 2011..

Author Byron Carey is a reformed drug distributer that served a ten year federal prison sentence was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He has transformed his way back into society as a truck driver and author. He was an outstanding basketball player that worked his way into the USBL basketball league in 2002. He attended Alvin Community College where he holds an Associates in Business Administration. He is the author of Nowhere 2 Turn with several more to come in the future.
Author Mohammed “Itchie-Mu” Anwo is an urban fiction author and the co-founder of Street Dedication Publishing which he started with his co-partner Hakeem Fleming. The first of six siblings, he quickly became involved with the streets at the age of 14, when his father, Mohammed Sr. was deported back to Africa due to a narcotic conviction. Author Itchie-Mu served 22 yrs of his life in prison, while sitting in his cell the last time he took a close and deep look into himself and he hated what he saw. Mohammad began reading novels to pass time, and then he came across a book called “How to Write Novels and Screenplays” and was instantly inspired. He began writing novels to both escape his reality and became good at it, at the same time, he vowed that once released he would never return. Author Mohammad “Itchie-Mu” Anwo is currently working on a host of novels and screenplays and looking forward to working with other authors with the hope of turning their novels into screenplays as well.
Donisha Derice is an up and coming author bringing her creativity to life by penning tales of fiction. Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Donisha had only dreamed of being two things: a lawyer and a writer. Receiving degrees in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, and Public Management, she worked as criminal defense paralegal for over four years. After realizing she no longer desired to become an attorney, Donisha decided to follow her other dream. Her first novel, The Hustle, was completed while Donisha’s plate was full with motherhood, college, and her full-time job. Writing a book and receiving a publishing deal all within a year, Donisha knows she has found her true passion and calling—and it is in writing.
Jai Darlene is an army brat who traveled all over the world with her family before settling down in Fort Wayne, IN. She later moved to Indianapolis and obtained a juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law, where she discovered an aptitude for writing, earning herself a spot on her school’s Law Review. After practicing law for five years, Jai discovered her artistic talent through using her creative skills to litigate countless jury and bench trials. This inspired her to pursue her passion by harnessing her imagination to make fictional characters come to life.

Bio: Keyanna was born and raised in Kalamazoo, MI, she has always been into school but never knew exactly what she wanted to do. She graduated from Loy Norrix High School in 2005 with high honor and went to college where she studied Criminal Justice at Kalamazoo Valley Community College first then went on to get her bachelors at Western Michigan University where she doubled major and graduated with two majors in Criminal Justice and Social Psychology. After going through a bad situation Keyanna decided to write about it where she discovered her love for writing and that's how her debut novel "Living in Fear' came to life.
Author Kharisma Kashmere is a poet, urban fiction blog radio talk show personality, and an author of a bestselling E-book series Sex. Lies. Betrayal: The Façade. Author Kharisma Kashmere grew up in Maywood, IL, one of Chicago's most violent suburbs, Kharisma adapted to reading and writing in adolescence. Spending more time inside than out, she became enthralled with urban fiction and suspense at fourteen through the eyes of greats like Wahida Clark. Kharisma decided to start writing about what she thought maybe going on outside her home. The eldest of eleven children, she remembers sharing her stories with siblings who praised her maturing craft. Her first novel i.e. Sex. Lies. Betrayal: The Façade, which she penned in Georgia is only the tip of the iceberg.

Comedian Rodney Perry was Born in Chicago, he would find the
infancies of his comedy career at the tender age of 7. His
teacher noticed Rodney's funny nature and made a deal with him. If he would
"shut up throughout the course of the day” he would be given an opportunity to
perform for his classmates at the end of the day. Rodney took his teacher up on
that deal. This was the beginning. Perry calls Atlanta home when he’s not traveling the country to sold-out
audiences or hosting his highly popular online radio show, Rodney Perry Live.
His career has opened up many doors for him, from his work as co-host of
“Who’s Got Jokes” or BET’s “Mo'Nique Show”, to his starring role as Harold in
“Tyler Perry's Madea's Big Happy Family”. Even though Perry is a sought out
Actor/Host, he still remains a comedian at heart. He is currently preparing for his
‘made for TV’ comedy special entitled "No More Mr. Nice Guy” and can also be

Author Rumont TeKay had a thirty-five year prison sentence in front of him by his eighteenth birthday. With only a bleak appeal hearings to look forward to. The gang life, fast money, fly whips, and cherry-picking women, was nothing more than just a painful memory.
