    Tamika Newhouse is a self-published bestselling author who founded Delphine Publications, at the age of 21; Tamika appeared on various bestseller lists and won Self Published Author of the Year at the 2009 African American Literary Awards only 9 months after her debut novel. In 2010 she was inducted into Who's who in Black San Antonio and she landed a major publishing deal without an agent and still continues to write independent projects. In 2011 her company Delphine Publications won an African American Literary Award for Best Anthology as well as Tamika won for the second time Self Published Author of the Year. She was also nominated by the National Women in Business Association for the 2011 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.Along with Delphine Publications, Tamika is the founder and President of African Americans on the Move Book Club (AAMBC) - an online book club and radio show catering to avid readers across the nation. She is also CEO of Obsessive Soul Media. With future projects in the works from short films, stage plays and much more, Tamika is a young woman on a mission. 


    Bengy Sherman currently resides in Fort Worth, TX where he has lived the majority of his adult life. He found the love and talent for writing while incarcerated. He felt that this was the way for him to change his life around. Hustler's Coalition is the first book he has ever written and will be published with Delphine Publications in 2014.

    Donisha Derice is an up and coming author bringing her creativity to life by penning tales of fiction. Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Donisha had only dreamed of being two things: a lawyer and a writer. Receiving degrees in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, and Public Management, she worked as criminal defense paralegal for over four years. After realizing she no longer desired to become an attorney, Donisha decided to follow her other dream.            Vincent Edwards was born in Manhasset, New York and raised in Jamaica, Queens, New York.Vincent attended Central Islip High School set to pursue a football career. He also discovered his second love, writing. He didn't realize then how much words would become a strong hold over his life,until he entered a few poetry contests.After winning a few of those contest Vincent ended up leaving football and decided to pursue writing. With the help of some great people and friends, his writing has become a wonderful experience.The Devils Within - The Story of Eric Torch is Vincent Edwards’s very first novel of many more to come. He also has a few poetry books that will soon be released. 


    Dyphia Blount believes God has a plan for all of us and we need to have Faith and believe that everything happens for a reason. She left her job of seven years and wrote my first book Dicmatized: The Doctor Is In which was published in June of 2012. It even made #5 top rated, best erotica and held the spot for over 2 months! She is also an advocate and founder of Breaking the Silence of Abuse to spreading the word about abuse. Dyphia Blount says, “She is not a victim, but a survivor!”

     Jamie was born and raised in the Chicago Illinois. She fell in love with urban novels, after her mom gave her a book by Terry McMillian called-Mama. After reading that book she began to read another and at that very moment she knew that these were the kind of books that she wanted to write someday.


    After the passing of her mom she began to write notebooks full of poems and short stories. She knew it was a way to cope with her pain, but at the same time she was building her writing skills. Growing up where people didn’t express their dreams she shied away from telling people that she wanted to be a Well-known Published Author someday.


    Jamie is always looking to improve her writing craft. She is also a licensed Esthetician and licensed Food Server. She is well known in her community for these crafts as well. She has written two books with one on its way of being published called “Double Back”. She is currently working on a third and is looking to start, as a new blogger in the near future. She would like to tell everyone to always follow their dreams, always step out on faith it’s the best thing anyone could do. She is currently living in Chicago with her children and is brain storming on her future projects.

    Bio: Author Geoffrey Haki Tate, mostly known as Haki Tate and formally known as Ali Baba and the author of two books yet to be published titled “In the Name Of” and “Fillmore World” . He is a 52 year old Afrikan living in America.  Born and mostly raised in Northern California Bay Area his father was killed by a gang banger when I was 9 years old and his mother died of complications of cancer while I was completing his second term in prison. He is a former gang banger and cofounder of Bellhaven Bounty Hunter Bloods who has beatin the odd and turned his life around. Now he is a college grad who holds a bachelors degree in Afrikan Studies and another in Philosophy, and very involved in his community.Currently working as a personal fitness trainer, MMA, boxing and kickboxing instructor.

    Author K.S. Oliver is a author, poet, public speaker, model and business owner who was born in New York and raised in Georgia.She is the author of two poetry books: Still Standing and Affectionately 360. She decided to take leap and let the world read her rhymes of reason after several people read her poetry and suggested that she share it. And she is glad that she did. In 2012, she won the Best Poets and Poems award for her poetry.In 2010 following the birth of her youngest child, she was diagnosed with SLE, also known as Lupus. Subsequently, she was also diagnosed with Discoid Lupus (Skin Lupus), Fibromyalgia, Fibrosis, Hypotension, Hypothyroids, Cricoarytenoiditis (Lupus in her voice box), and Severe depression. Her psychiatrist suggested writing in a diary to get her feelings and thoughts out of her mind and down on paper, but Ms. Oliver quickly learned that poetry came a lot easier. After the success of publishing her own stories, Ms. Oliver decided to go into business with a close friend. Together they launched the publishing company Black Destiny Publications.When Ms. Oliver is not writing, she is running her business Events by Ebonee’, co-running Black Destiny Publications. Ebonee Oliver has a mission in life to raise awareness to this debilitating disease.


    Author Taquila Thompson has been writing for a while she wrote her first 
    book when she was sixteen and pregnant but didn’t release her first story until a few 
    years later. Was was signed to TBRS as well as G Street but when her contract was up with G Street she decided to become a free agent. Since the releasing of her latest book, she has had some negative backlash but she knew that she wasn’t going to please everybody.
