Women On The Move acts as a resource for Women all over the world, for networking, sharing of ideas, advice, etc. It showcases the strength and diversity of women. WOTM always has something going on! Events, Talk Shows, Discussions! Leslie is also the proud mother of an up and coming Woman On The Move, Alexa, who graduated from NYU and is a successful Public Relations Professional in New York

Michael Gonzalez-Wallace has been involved with athletic sports for over 20 years. Michael’s athletic career spans many years practicing semi-pro basketball in Spain, where his team, Estudiantes won the Spanish National Competition (similar to NCAA in USA and he was named the MVP of the Final, May 1993). In 1995 the Spanish basketball federation certified Michael as a strength trainer and basketball coach, providing him the opportunity to develop his teaching skills. Being involved with basketball for more than 15 years, Michael learned the important concepts of teamwork, leadership, muscle coordination and physical strength training. A graduate of the Universidad Autonoma (a top economics school in Madrid, Spain) he added the art of doing research to his skill set. In 2002 he become a personal trainer for New York sports Club and received a certification from the National Academy of sports Medicine. He’s been featured in Redbook, Prevention, O and Fitness magazines, and on msnbc.com and CNN. He lives in New York City.

After dancing, she pursued a career in modeling and graced the pages of Seventeen and Mademoiselle magazines. Rowell is more than just a pretty face. She is a survivor! Women On The Move is the new and innovative networking organization that is taking the Social Media Market by storm! Founded by Leslie Harris in 2009, The group has almost 6,000 members from all over the country and other parts of the world. Women from all walks of life have come together to share ideas, advice, and resources to promote the positive vibe that makes up Women On The Move. The organization recently held a fundraiser to benefit The South Florida Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for The Cure, raising over 6 figures for the fight against breast cancer. Lisa Wu-Hartwell, from the popular television series The Real Housewives Of Atlanta headlined the event that brought over 300 people out to support the cause and the organization. Women On The Move has been featured in Fox News online, Essence online, and many other publications for the amazing job of bringing women together to network positively. The group has a lot of interesting projects in store, such as the soon-to-be released skincare and makeup line, aptly called "Empowered Skincare....for The Woman On The Move".
