The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, from 7-8 pm ET (4-5 pm PT). The #TChat radio portion runs the first 30 minutes from 7-7:30 pm ET, followed by the #TChat Twitter chat from 7:30-8 pm ET.
Last week we talked about how data analyses can help companies understand and measure company culture, and this week we’ll extend that conversation to how to survive a poor company culture.
Of course company culture and cultural fit have a huge impact on day-to-day happiness. Being able to identify when a culture is turning bad, and what we can do about it, are obviously critical skills for managing our career happiness.
Culture originates with leadership values and the core business mission, and then flows from the people inside an organization do with all of that, and eventually with what meaning is attached to all those continuously evolving behaviors.
When the accepted collective behaviors lead to conflict and strife, we’ve got a bad culture on our hands. Lots of things that can create a bad culture, but all of them can be summed up by three factors we’re going to discuss this week on the show.

Based on a conversation I had with Jason from California, today we take on pop culture's assualt on the urban community. Do the images, sounds, and directves of pop culture have a negative effect on Blacks in the urban community. Who are those pulling the strings and writing the checks of the dominant media culture? Are these people responsible for what we see on our big screen tlevisions and on the streets of our communities?
Now, none of this relieves the individual of their responsibilty however this opens the door to the question of how and why.

Co host Pete Murtha and Host Dave Bourne will discuss the world's culture of violence and how government is based on violence and contributes to the culture of it. Whether it does it intentional government promotes violence. The police, the military and every government agency uses violence. And everything the government does is based on violence.
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships.Where the people are not robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.

I don't want someone else to represent me and make decisions about how I should live my life, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.
