Warren Buffet said, "The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say 'no' to almost everything." One of the biggest problems many entrepreneurs have is that they say yes to too many things that they don't have to do. What ultimately happens is they end up in a state of perpetual overwhelm. Sound like you? You try and do everything and the next thing you know the business that started out from a place of passion, becomes nothing but a noose around your neck. The idea of work-life balance to you is nothing but a pipe dream that you will never achieve. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Join me and Business Consultant, Nancy O’Keefe, as we peel away the to-do's and not-to-do's for small business owners, so you can get back in the driver's seat and do what you love. Nancy is also the host of eWNRadio Network’s show, “When Opportunity Knocks,” that can be heard live on Monday’s at 12n ET.

I am very happy to Introduce my first international guest on The Life Coach Show, a show about connecting with coaches and Empowering the Audience. Please welcome all the way from Australia, Helen Bolger-Harris, Productivity Coach and Consultant.
Helen is a productivity specialist with a particular emphasis on supporting women in business and/or executive roles to develop a work/life balance that works for them. She draws upon skills and experience gained from a long career in the health sector, having worked clinically as a nurse for 18 years, followed by several years working in a range of corporate roles involving staff and project management, continuous quality improvement, research, public health, education and policy development.
However, Helen found that as she took on more of these senior roles, her work/life balance became lost and she became chronically exhausted, stressed and unhappy in her work and in her life generally. So, over the last few years, Helen has set about turning this around and this journey has culminated in her founding her successful coaching and consulting business, Unlimited in Life, and developing a work/life balance in which she feels productive, stress free and fulfilled.
Helen brings to the coaching relationship a supportive holistic and spiritual approach, which assists women in the achievement of their work and life goals and the creation of a happy, fulfilling life.
You can contact Helen at http://www.unlimitedinlife.com/
As the lines between our work and the rest of our lives blur, it seems more difficult to navigate and differentiate between the two. According to this month's guest, Dr. Jane Goldner, the key, however, is not work-life balance, it's role integration. Tune in to hear how to know if you or others have poor "work-life balance" and what the impact on the organization is, how to go about implementing role integration concepts at work, and how role integration can help alleviate change overload.

Working from home is becoming increasingly popular. It makes life incredibly easier, but also brings about a new set of
challenges. Work is easily accessible and for most entrepreneurs, who are also workaholics, it means spending even less time with family.
Creating a work/life balance that really works can be tough, especially if you have kids. Summer is here, school's letting out and it's going to make that balance even harder to achieve and maintain.
Join Adam and life/business coach, Elizabeth Olagunju and learn how you can create a work/life balance that works.
Many of us have been caught up in making a living to support our family and lifestyle with little time to spare to fully enjoy LIFE. Most of the time it seems totally unbalanced and unfair to believe that we can equally balance work and have a life to enjoy with our loved ones. Times are changing along with companies and corporations that are beginning to reflect a new job paradigm.
Let's take a look at where we're going and embrace these changes to refocus our purpose on this planet. In this episode we will begin to focus on balance in life to create a life you were meant to live.

One topic that we hear about over and over again is the importance of work-life balance. A 2012 study from the Society for Human Resources Management concluded the importance of work-life balance for overall job satisfaction of employees is steadily increasing by approximately 46%. Employees rated having the flexibility to balance life and work was very important to their overall job satisfaction! But is it really?
